Official Rules for the Red Hot Honda Navi Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR:
The Red Hot Honda Navi Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Heartland Honda Powersports & Marine ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest begins on January 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST and ends on February 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM CST (the "Contest Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must visit Heartland Honda Powersports & Marine during the Contest Period and complete an official entry form. One entry per person per day is allowed. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a Honda Navi. The winner will be responsible for paying any and all taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting and using the prize, including completing all registration forms required for the product.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place on or around February 15, 2025. The winner does not need to be present to win and will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided on their entry form. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of notification or fails to comply with the rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
- Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete.
By entering the Contest, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
9. PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, and/or hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
10. TAXES:
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. GOVERNING LAW:
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
